What you’ll be able to do

Understand automatic approval and know how to check or stop upcoming posts.

Before you start

  • Workspace owner access
  • Connected publishing accounts and a checked posting schedule

Autopilot lets eligible new posts skip manual Review and go into your publishing schedule. Use it after you have checked the output from a few episodes and are comfortable with your voice, media and account settings.

1. Review your setup first

Check Settings → Voice and Look, then read and preview a sample of generated content. Check that every connected channel points to the correct account.

Open Calendar and confirm the posting days, times and time zone. Autopilot follows the schedule; it does not decide whether that schedule fits your audience.

2. Turn on Autopilot

Open Settings → Posting and find the Autopilot card. Read the explanation, turn it on and confirm the change when asked.

Read the Autopilot explanation before enabling it. The sample workspace has it switched off.

Eligible new posts skip manual approval. Some posts can still be held for checks, so keep an eye on Review. Autopilot does not fix an expired channel connection.

3. Check what is coming up

Use Calendar to inspect upcoming posts. A morning summary can help you see what is due that day, but check the app when you need the current status.

Review the text and media periodically. Automated approval does not guarantee that every generated claim, name or caption is correct.

4. Stop an upcoming post

Before it publishes, open the scheduled item in Calendar and use Remove from calendar. It returns to Review so you can change or skip it.

Removing a post before publishing is different from deleting a post already on a platform. Check the item's status before taking action.

5. Turn Autopilot off

Return to Settings → Posting and switch Autopilot off. New posts will wait for you to review them again.

Check existing scheduled posts separately. Turning off Autopilot is not a blanket cancellation of content that was already approved and scheduled. Use Calendar to remove any upcoming item you do not want to publish.
