What you’ll be able to do

Review an X post or thread and schedule it for the correct account.

PodRescale creates individual X posts and threads from an episode. X was previously called Twitter; both names refer to the same destination in this guide.

1. Connect the X account

Open Settings → Posting, choose Add channel and select X. Follow the automatic connection flow. When you return, check the account handle on the channel row.

Check the handle before scheduling posts for X.

If you prefer to publish yourself, add a manual channel and copy the content when it is due.

2. Choose a post or thread in Review

Open Review and select an X item. An individual post should communicate one useful point. A thread should make sense as a sequence, even to someone who has not listened to the episode.

Check the source information and open the transcript when a statement needs verification. Keep quotes and claims faithful to the conversation.

3. Edit every part of a thread

Choose Edit and check each part. Keep every section within the character limit shown by the editor. A shorter opening that clearly states the idea is usually easier to follow than a vague hook.

After editing, read the thread in order. Remove repetition and check that the transitions still work. Saving one section is not a substitute for reviewing the whole thread.

4. Approve the publishing time

Check the X account and time before approving. The scheduled item appears in Calendar. To change the channel's regular times, use ⋯ on the X row in Posting settings.

Copy a thread for manual posting

Open Schedule in the episode, select the X post and use Copy. If you have not added a channel, look under Made, not scheduled for the written piece. Paste each part into the platform's thread composer, then preview the sequence before publishing. Copying a thread does not send it to X automatically.

If publishing fails

Check the post's error and the connection status. Reconnect an expired account or edit content rejected by the platform, then use the offered retry action. See publishing recovery.
