What you’ll be able to do

Find the right content tab and choose what to review, copy or download.

Before you start

  • An episode that has finished processing
On this page

Open Episodes, then choose a finished recording. Its page brings together the content made from that episode. Overview gives you a quick summary; the tabs below it let you work with individual pieces.

Schedule: LinkedIn and X content

The Schedule tab contains the episode's social posts. Use List to scan them, then select a post to read its preview. Written pieces without a channel appear under Made, not scheduled and can be copied. Check facts, names and any link before copying a piece or approving it for publishing.

A post and its publishing destination are related, but they are not the same thing. Copying the text does not publish it. Use Review to approve a scheduled post.

Clips: short videos and audiograms

The Clips tab shows short moments from the recording. Video recordings can produce video clips. Audio recordings can produce audiograms, which combine the audio with visuals and captions.

Preview clips before downloading or sharing them.

Quote cards: ready-to-share images

Quote cards turn selected lines into images. Check both the wording and the speaker credit. Download an image for manual sharing, or review a post that already uses it.

Your brand settings control their appearance. See how to use quote cards.

Release kit: longer writing and episode materials

The Release kit groups items such as show notes, chapters, longer writing, title ideas and thumbnails. Find the item you need, check it, then copy or download it.

You can copy these materials into your podcast host, newsletter service or website and publish them there. Copying or downloading does not publish them. The Release kit may also offer a connection to a supported podcast host; follow its setup and confirmation steps if you choose that route. The show notes guide walks through manual publication.

Transcript: check what was said

Open Transcript to read and search the recording. Use a timestamp to check the relevant moment when you are unsure about a quote or claim.

Use the transcript to verify wording and follow a passage back to its moment in the recording.

Why do some episodes have fewer pieces?

The number and type of pieces depend on the recording's length, available material and processing result. Short recordings may have fewer clips or written pieces. Do not expect every episode to match the sample screenshots exactly.

If a section is still processing or reports an error, check the episode's status before starting again. Use processing help if it has failed.
