Step-by-step guide
How to check your podcast episode allowance and change plans
Check your PodRescale plan, monthly episode usage and reset date. Understand processing reservations, failed episodes, invoices and plan changes.
Understand the allowance shown in your workspace and find the controls for billing or a plan change.
On this page
Open Settings → Plan & team to see the plan and allowance for the workspace you are using. The live pricing page is the source for current prices and plan limits; this guide explains how to read the account screen.
Check your remaining episodes
The allowance shows how many episodes have been counted, how many are held while processing, and how many remain. A processing episode reserves a place so several jobs cannot use the same remaining allowance.
An episode counts when it finishes. Failed episodes and their retries are free. Importing feed metadata into the list is different from processing an episode into content.
Find the reset date
Read the reset date shown by the allowance. The monthly allowance resets on the calendar schedule used by your workspace. Unused episodes do not roll over.
When you reach the limit, check the action offered for waiting episodes. Do not repeatedly upload the same recording to try to bypass the allowance. If you need more processing capacity, the owner can review a plan change.
Change the plan
Only a workspace owner can change billing. Open the plan chooser, compare the current options and select the plan and billing period you want.
Read the payment confirmation for the amount due, recurring price and effective date. Complete payment only when those details match your choice. A payment screen or pending confirmation is not proof that a new allowance is active.
Return to Plan & team afterwards and check the resulting plan. If payment succeeded but the account has not updated, contact support before paying again.
Find invoices or update payment details
Use Billing & invoices. Follow the billing provider's screen to view invoices or manage payment information. Billing access is owner-only.
If you cannot find an invoice, check the workspace and billing account you are using. A team member's personal email account is not always the subscription owner.
Cancel a subscription
Use the cancellation controls offered by your plan or billing screen. Read the confirmation for when the change takes effect and what access remains. Save the content you need before making an account change.
Cancelling a subscription, removing a teammate and deleting an account are different actions. Use the specific control for the outcome you want.
