What you’ll be able to do

Find your signed-in account and choose the notification emails you want.

On this page

Use Settings → Account to check who is signed in, which workspace you are in and which emails you receive. These account details are separate from the podcast's voice and visual settings.

Check the signed-in address

The Account screen shows the sign-in method and email address. If you cannot find a workspace you expect, check this address first. You may have signed in with a different Google account or email.

Use the workspace switch action to move to another workspace you can access. Check its name after switching.

Choose notification emails

The email preferences let you choose notifications such as an episode being ready, a post failing, an episode failing to process and a daily summary.

Turn on the messages you find useful and wait for the saved confirmation. Keep failure alerts on if you rely on automatic publishing and want to know when it needs attention.

Autopilot-related notifications only apply when that mode is in use. Check the explanation beside each preference rather than assuming every switch sends an email every day.

Check the address you entered and your spam folder. Request a new link if needed, then open the newest message. An older link can have expired or already been used.

If you sign in through Google, choose the Google account that owns or was invited to the workspace. Google sign-in and an email link should lead you to the account identity you intend to use.

If you are signed out while editing

Sign in again and return to the same workspace. Check whether the saved draft is restored and whether the last change actually saved before resubmitting it.

Before deleting an account

Account deletion is a separate action with its own confirmation. Download the content you need and read the effect on workspace access. Published posts can remain on the social platforms; account deletion is not a way to remove those posts.
