What you’ll be able to do

Know where to add episodes, find generated content, approve posts and change your settings.

On this page

PodRescale turns an audio or video episode into content you can share: social posts, captioned clips, quote cards, show notes and more. You keep the recording and the generated content together on an episode page.

If you are ready to try it, follow your first episode walkthrough.

Episodes: add recordings and find content

Episodes is your library. Connect a podcast feed, upload a file, or add a direct media link. An episode's status tells you whether it is waiting, processing, ready for review or needs attention.

Start in Episodes to add a recording or return to an existing one.

Open a finished episode to find Posts, Clips, Quote cards, Release kit and Transcript. The content tour explains each tab.

Review: check content before it goes out

Review holds posts that need a decision. Read the text, preview any media, check the destination and publishing time, then approve or skip the post. You can edit it first.

Review is the place to check facts and make sure the words sound like you. Generated text can need corrections, especially when names or audio were unclear.

Calendar: see your publishing plan

Calendar shows your planned posts and their status. Use it to check the coming week, change an individual post's time, and find posts that did not publish.

A connected automatic channel publishes approved posts at their scheduled time. A manual channel helps you keep track of content you publish yourself.

Settings: make the workspace yours

TabWhat it controls
PostingChannels, weekly posting times, time zone and Autopilot
VoiceYour writing samples, voice summary and saved speakers

Some settings are owner-only. If a control is disabled, ask the workspace owner to make the change.

A simple way to start

Process one episode first. Check its content, download something useful, and approve one post once you have connected an account. You can set up a wider posting schedule after you understand the result.

Your first episode is free. See the pricing page for current plans and allowances.
