How to manage your podcast workspace and invite a teammate

A workspace keeps a podcast's episodes, content, voice, look and publishing settings together. Check the workspace name before editing a client's content or changing account settings.

Switch to the right workspace

Use the workspace or account menu to choose a workspace you can access. Settings → Account also shows the current workspace and a switch action.

Wait for the new workspace to load, then check the name before continuing. Finish or save any draft before switching so you know which podcast it belongs to.

If a workspace is missing, confirm that you signed in with the email used for its invitation. Ask its owner to check your access rather than creating a duplicate podcast to get around the problem.

Understand owner and editor access

Owners manage billing, channels, the posting schedule and other owner-only controls. Editors can review and approve content in the workspace they belong to.

If a setting is disabled or missing, read the explanation. It can be a role restriction or a plan limit, rather than a loading problem.

Invite a teammate

Open Settings → Plan & team. Check the people allowance and use the invitation action when available. Enter the teammate's email carefully and confirm the role offered by the form.

The Team area shows membership and the plan's people limit. Invitation controls depend on your role and allowance.

The recipient should accept using the invited email address. They should check the workspace name after signing in before making changes.

Review pending invitations and members

Use the Team area to inspect current access and pending invitations. Follow the available actions for an expired invitation or a member who no longer needs access.

Read any removal or role-change confirmation carefully. Removing someone's access is different from deleting the podcast or cancelling its subscription.

Can I add several podcasts under one plan?

Use the show and workspace options actually available in your account. Do not assume that switching between workspaces combines their subscriptions or allowances. The pricing page and your live plan screen describe the current entitlement.
