Podcast repurposing for agencies, from recording to review.
Use Studio when you manage content for several podcast clients or a network of shows. The work starts with each client's recording: turn its ideas into drafts, check the voice and source, then approve the posts you want to publish. Your team stays responsible for the final editorial decision.
1. Keep each client in its own workspace
Keep the show, writing voice, connected social accounts and schedule together. Check the workspace name before uploading an episode or connecting an account. Ask us for help setting up a workspace for each client.
2. Bring in an episode
Connect the podcast RSS feed or upload a recording you have permission to use. Select the episode for processing. The transcript becomes the source for the content pack; a feed import alone does not mean an episode has finished processing.
3. Review the content with your team
Read the generated posts, show notes and longer drafts. Check names, numbers and quotations against the recording, then edit for the client. Invite the appropriate teammates and choose permissions for the work they need to do.
4. Approve and check the schedule
Choose the connected account and publishing time, and approve the content before it goes out. Check the schedule after approval and monitor publication status. A scheduled post is a plan, not confirmation that a platform has published it.

A content pack brings together social drafts, quote cards, clips, show notes, a newsletter and a blog draft. The useful output depends on the recording. Review real public examples to judge the writing and source attribution, then try an episode from a show you manage.
Use your free episode to evaluate the output for your own clients. Studio does not include a white-label portal or a public API. If your delivery process depends on either, discuss that requirement before choosing a plan.
Before you choose Studio
How many shows and episodes are included?
Studio includes 5 shows and 60 episodes per month. Extra episodes cost $6 each, subject to your spending limit. Check the current allowance and billing period in your account before processing a larger batch.
Do we need a sales call to buy?
No. Start with one free episode and choose Studio from the plan screen. The form above is for questions, including help setting up client workspaces. You can compare the monthly and annual prices on the pricing page.
Can we test the writing before committing?
Yes. Use the first free episode to review the transcript, generated drafts and editing workflow with your team. Pick a representative recording and check whether the output suits that client's audience and voice.
What should our team check before publishing?
Confirm the correct workspace, client account, wording, rights to the source material and scheduled time. Generated content needs editorial review, especially names, quotations and claims. Keep client approval in your existing review process where required.
