05Who Processes Your Data
The PodRescale app uses these providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
- Railway: hosts the app, its database and our own transcription service, which turns your episode’s audio into text.
- Cloudflare R2: stores the episodes you upload or import, and the clips, images and text made from them.
- OpenRouter, or Amazon Web Services (Bedrock): run the AI models that write from your transcript and make images. Requests through OpenRouter only go to model providers that neither store nor train on what they are sent.
- Modal and AssemblyAI: other transcription services we may use if our own is unavailable.
- getlate: publishes the posts you approve to the social accounts you connect.
- Resend: sends sign-in links and emails about your account.
- Stripe: takes payments. We never see your full card number.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- On this website: Google Analytics, PostHog, EasyCRM and Google ads measurement, only if you allow them in Cookie settings.
AI training: The AI providers above are used on terms that do not let them train their models on your episodes or anything made from them.
