What's free?
One full episode. With every feature switched on: every content type, every account you connect, published on your schedule. No card.
- Your voice
Will it sound like me?
It is your words. Every post is built from what you said, in a tone learned from writing samples you paste in.

Can I approve before it posts?
Yes, by default. Nothing is published until you approve it. Autopilot only when you switch it on.

How is this different from Opus Clip or Castmagic?
They each do one step. PodRescale does the whole job, from transcript to published post.
01Getting Started
4 questionsYour episode, produced and posted without you. PodRescale transcribes it, makes about 30 posts, clips and notes from what was said, and publishes them on your schedule. Set it up once and every new episode runs on its own.
Connect your podcast's RSS feed, upload a file or paste a YouTube link. PodRescale transcribes the episode, labels who is speaking, finds the moments worth sharing and makes about 30 pieces from them: LinkedIn and X posts, captioned clips, quote cards, thumbnails, show notes, chapters, a newsletter and an article. The posts land in Review for you to approve, then go out on your weekly schedule. Turn on Autopilot and new posts skip Review.
Upload MP3, M4A or WAV audio, or MP4 or MOV video, up to 4 GB a file. You can also paste a YouTube link or a direct link to an audio or video file, or connect your RSS feed and let new episodes come in on their own.
An hour-long episode is ready in about 30 minutes: 20 to 25 minutes to transcribe, then a few minutes to write and render everything. Shorter episodes are quicker, and a 90-minute one takes about 40. We email you when it is ready.
02Content & Output
5 questionsabout 30 pieces from one episode. Eleven agents run on the transcript in parallel, each writing one format:
- LinkedIn posts
- X threads
- Captioned shorts
- Newsletter
- Blog article
- Speaker quotes
- Show notes
- Chapters
- Summary
- Title ideas
- A/B thumbnails
Like you. Every post is built from what was said on the episode, and the tone comes from your own writing: paste in a few LinkedIn posts or newsletter issues and PodRescale writes a short voice summary you can read and edit. Quotes stay word for word.
Those tools each do one step: clips, or show notes, or scheduling. PodRescale does the whole job from transcript to published post, in one place: transcript, clips, quote cards, posts, show notes and the posting schedule. It does not edit your audio, so if you use Descript to edit the episode itself, keep doing that.
Yes. Every post opens in an editor before you approve it, and clip captions can be edited too. Quote cards and thumbnails use your brand colours and logo, set once in Settings.
Clips are vertical 9:16 videos, 30 to 60 seconds long, of the moments that stand on their own: a sharp line, a story, a number. An episode gets up to six. Each is captioned, with filler words left out of the captions, and clear ums and uhs cut from the audio where that can be done cleanly. Video shows get clips cut from the video. Audio-only shows get audiograms: your cover art and a waveform, with the same captions.
03Publishing & Scheduling
4 questionsYou pick which days you post (three, five or seven a week) and each channel gets a time. Approved posts fill the next open slots, two days apart per channel, so one episode's posts go out over about two weeks. The Calendar shows what is going out. If a platform is briefly unavailable, the post is retried on its own, up to five times; anything that needs you, like a lapsed connection, is emailed to you.
Yes. Each episode has Download all: one ZIP with the clips, quote cards, thumbnails, every written piece and the transcript. You can also download just the clips, just the images or just the text.
Reading is slower than trying.
Add your show and read your own show notes in about half an hour. Free, no card.
04Transcription & Speakers
3 questionsEvery word is timestamped and every line is labelled with who said it. On clear audio it is very accurate; heavy crosstalk or a noisy room makes it less so. The episode page has the full transcript, so you can check any quote against what was said.
Yes. Each voice is labelled in the transcript. Name a speaker once, as host or guest, and quotes and posts credit them by name; the names you give are remembered for later episodes.
PodRescale is built for English-language shows. Other languages are not supported yet.
05Pricing & Plans
3 questionsYes. Your first episode is free, with no card and every feature switched on: the transcript, posts, quote cards, clips, show notes and the rest, published to the accounts you connect.
Three plans. You pick by episodes, shows and people. Every plan gets every feature. Episodes past your allowance are $6 each, if you switch them on.
- Solo$29/mo6 episodes a monthEvery feature, 1 show, 1 person
- ShowMost shows$83/mo15 episodes a monthEvery feature, 1 show, up to 5 people
- Studio$249/mo60 episodes a monthEvery feature, 5 shows, any number of people
Billed yearly, 2 months free. Or monthly at $35, $99 and $299. No contract, cancel any time.
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from Settings at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, which is why your first episode is free.
06Use Cases
4 questionsNo. It is built for podcasts, but any spoken recording works: webinars, interviews, conference talks or YouTube videos. Upload the file or paste the link.
Yes. On Studio, each client show gets its own workspace, with that show's voice, brand, schedule and social accounts, all on one invoice. Invite your team to each one.
Each episode makes five LinkedIn posts, each built around one idea from the episode, and the schedule spreads them over about two weeks. For a weekly show, that keeps you on LinkedIn every other weekday without writing a post yourself.
Yes. Paste the YouTube link or upload the video file (MP4 or MOV), and you get the same pack as from a podcast episode, with clips cut from the video.
07Autonomous Production Features
10 questionsConnect your podcast's RSS feed once, on any plan. PodRescale checks it every 15 minutes, and when a new episode appears it downloads it and makes the whole pack, ready for you to review. You never upload an episode by hand.
You choose how hands-off it runs. Start by approving every post, or approve a whole episode's posts at once. Turn on Autopilot when you trust the output, and off again any time.
- 1ReviewDefaultApprove each post
- 2Approve allRead the batch, one click
- 3AutopilotPosts skip review
From writing samples you paste in: a few LinkedIn posts, newsletter issues or articles you wrote yourself. PodRescale reads them and writes a short voice summary, such as "short paragraphs, opens with a concrete moment, no hashtags", that you can read and edit. Every post is then written in that voice. Add or remove samples any time.
Filler words like um, uh and erm are taken out of the transcript the writing is built from, so they never reach your posts, quotes or clip captions. In clips, clear ums and uhs are cut and long pauses are shortened, but only where the cut can be made cleanly; anything that can't be cut cleanly is left in, and words like "like" and "you know" stay. Any clip can be switched back to as recorded, and your full episode is never edited.
A content repurposing strategy is a systematic approach to transforming one piece of content into multiple formats for different platforms. For podcasters, this means taking a single episode and creating blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, quote graphics, video clips, and more. The goal is to maximize the value of your content creation effort by reaching audiences wherever they are. PodRescale automates this entire strategy with autonomous production.
Start with your transcript, then extract the main themes and structure them into a blog outline. Expand on key points, add context for readers who haven't heard the episode, and optimize for SEO with relevant keywords. PodRescale writes the article for you, about 900 to 1,400 words for an episode of 20 minutes or more, ready to edit and publish.
Recycling is reposting the same content. Repurposing is transforming content into new formats. Recycling a LinkedIn post means posting it again months later. Repurposing a podcast means turning a 5-minute segment into a LinkedIn post, a quote card, a Twitter thread, and a video clip — each optimized for its platform. Repurposing creates more value.
PodRescale makes about 30 from an episode of ten minutes or more: 5 LinkedIn posts, 3 X posts and an X thread, up to 6 clips, up to 8 quote cards, 4 thumbnails, show notes, chapters, a newsletter, an article, title options and a summary. The key is extracting different insights, quotes and moments, not reformatting the same thing.
Yes, but prioritize strategically. Every episode has repurposable content, but some episodes will have more viral potential than others. Interviews with notable guests, controversial takes, or evergreen educational content deserve more repurposing effort. PodRescale processes every episode the same way — you decide which outputs to prioritize for promotion.
The key is extraction, not generation. Authentic repurposed content uses your actual words, insights, and voice — just reformatted for different platforms. Avoid having AI write new content 'in your style.' Instead, use tools like PodRescale that pull directly from what you said. Your audience can tell the difference.

Podcast Marketing Strategy
- How do I grow my podcast audience with social media?
- What's the best way to promote a podcast on LinkedIn?
Podcast Marketing Strategy
5 questionsLinkedIn rewards thought leadership content, not promotional posts. The best approach: extract 2-3 key insights from each episode and turn them into standalone LinkedIn posts that provide value without requiring people to listen. Add a soft CTA like 'We dive deeper into this on the podcast' at the end. PodRescale generates these insight-focused posts automatically.
Mention a lead magnet during your episode — a checklist, template, or resource related to the topic. Include the link in your show notes. When repurposing content, your social posts can drive traffic to both the episode AND the lead magnet. PodRescale's show notes feature makes it easy to include these CTAs consistently.
Short-Form Video & Clips
- What makes a podcast clip go viral?
- What's the best length for podcast clips on TikTok?
Short-Form Video & Clips
5 questionsFor TikTok, 15-30 seconds is the sweet spot for podcast clips. The algorithm favors videos that get watched to completion, so shorter clips with high retention outperform longer clips with drop-off. Focus on one complete insight or quote rather than trying to cram in too much. Vertical format (9:16) is essential.
Extract compelling 15-60 second segments, pair them with video of you speaking (or an audiogram-style waveform), add captions (most Reels are watched without sound), and include a hook in the first frame. PodRescale finds these moments and renders them as captioned vertical clips, or audiograms for audio-only shows.
An audiogram is a video that combines audio with a waveform visualization, often with captions. They're useful when you don't have video of your recording. However, talking-head video clips typically outperform audiograms on most platforms. If you have video, use it. If audio-only, audiograms are your best option for video-first platforms like TikTok and Reels.
YouTube Shorts require vertical video (9:16), under 60 seconds. Unlike TikTok, YouTube rewards slightly longer content — 45-60 seconds often performs well. Include a clear title/hook in the first 3 seconds, add captions, and end with a CTA to subscribe or watch the full episode. Shorts can drive significant traffic to your full podcast on YouTube.
LinkedIn for Podcasters
- How do I grow on LinkedIn as a podcaster?
- What's the best LinkedIn post format for podcast content?
LinkedIn for Podcasters
5 questionsStop posting episode announcements and start posting insights. LinkedIn's algorithm rewards content that sparks conversation — hot takes, lessons learned, specific frameworks, and contrarian opinions from your episodes. Use your podcast as a content engine: extract one strong insight per post, write it as a standalone thought, and add a soft mention of the episode at the end.
The 'insight + story + takeaway' format works well: Start with a bold statement or question (the insight), support it with a brief story or example from your episode, then end with a clear takeaway readers can apply. Keep it under 1,300 characters for optimal engagement. Use line breaks for readability — no big walls of text.
Yes, but optimize for LinkedIn's native player. Square (1:1) or vertical (4:5) video works best. Keep clips under 90 seconds — ideally 30-60 seconds. Add captions (most LinkedIn users watch without sound). Native video significantly outperforms YouTube links in LinkedIn's algorithm.
Extract quotes and insights from your guest, tag them when posting, and frame the content around their expertise. This often gets engagement from your guest (who may reshare) and their network. Format: 'I interviewed [Guest] about [Topic]. Here's what surprised me...' followed by 2-3 key insights. PodRescale automatically generates guest-attributed quotes.
Tuesday through Thursday, 8-10 AM in your audience's timezone typically performs best. However, consistency matters more than perfect timing. Pick a schedule you can maintain and stick to it. LinkedIn's algorithm rewards creators who post regularly. Use PodRescale's scheduler to queue posts at optimal times.
Twitter/X for Podcasters
- How do I create Twitter threads from podcast episodes?
- What podcast content works best on Twitter/X?
Twitter/X for Podcasters
4 questionsIdentify a single theme or topic from your episode that can be broken into 5-10 discrete points. Start with a hook tweet that creates curiosity, then each subsequent tweet should deliver one insight that stands alone but builds on the previous. End with a summary and link to the full episode. PodRescale generates theme-based threads automatically.
Contrarian takes, specific frameworks, surprising statistics, and quotable one-liners perform best. Twitter rewards brevity and strong opinions. Instead of 'Great conversation with @guest about marketing,' try 'Most marketing advice is wrong. Here's what actually works (from my conversation with @guest).' Create curiosity, deliver value.
Yes. Short video clips (under 60 seconds) with captions get strong engagement on Twitter/X. The platform now favors video content. Post natively rather than linking to YouTube. Pair clips with a text hook that creates curiosity about what's in the video. Quote tweets of your own clips can extend their reach.
One episode can fuel 10-20+ tweets spread over 2-4 weeks: the release announcement, 2-3 threads on different topics, 5-10 standalone insight tweets, quote graphics, video clips, and engagement with replies. Spacing content out performs better than posting everything on release day. PodRescale helps you create this content library.
Show Notes & SEO
- How do I write podcast show notes that rank on Google?
- Should I include a full transcript on my podcast website?
Show Notes & SEO
4 questionsGo beyond timestamps and guest bios. Include a detailed summary (300+ words) with relevant keywords, key topics discussed, notable quotes, resources mentioned, and a transcript or transcript excerpts. Structure with headers (H2, H3) for scannability. PodRescale writes show notes, chapters and the transcript for every episode.
Yes, if possible. Full transcripts significantly improve SEO by giving Google thousands of words of relevant, keyword-rich content to index. They also improve accessibility for deaf/hard-of-hearing audiences. PodRescale makes a transcript with speaker labels and timestamps that you can copy or download.
Target topic-specific long-tail keywords related to your episode content, not just your podcast name. If you discuss 'email marketing for SaaS,' optimize for that phrase, not just 'marketing podcast.' Include keywords in your episode title, description, show notes, and transcript. Each episode is an SEO opportunity for different keywords.
Publish detailed show notes on your own website (not just podcast directories), include transcripts, optimize titles and descriptions for search intent, build backlinks to episode pages, and create supplementary content (blog posts, resources) that links to episodes. Treat each episode page like a blog post you want to rank.
Webinar Repurposing
- How do I repurpose webinar recordings?
- Can I turn a webinar into a lead magnet?
Webinar Repurposing
4 questionsWebinars are goldmines for repurposed content. Extract: key teaching moments as short video clips, Q&A highlights, slide-by-slide breakdowns for carousel posts, quotable insights for social posts, and the full content as a blog post or guide. PodRescale processes webinar recordings the same as podcasts: upload the video file and get every content type.
Absolutely. Repurpose webinar content into: a PDF guide summarizing key points, a checklist based on your framework, an email course dripping out insights over several days, or a gated replay with additional resources. Use the repurposed social content to drive traffic to these lead magnets.
Don't just post 'watch the replay.' Extract the most valuable 2-3 minutes as standalone clips, create quote cards from key insights, write LinkedIn posts about specific takeaways, and use these to drive replay views. Each piece of content should deliver value AND create curiosity about the full webinar.
Conference talks are similar to webinars. Extract: your best 30-60 second clips for social, key frameworks as carousel posts or infographics, contrarian points as text posts, and the full talk as a blog post. If you don't have video, use the audio. Tag the conference and other speakers to extend reach.
Content Creation Workflow
- How do I build a podcast content workflow?
- How far in advance should I schedule podcast content?
Content Creation Workflow
4 questionsWith autonomous production, the workflow is simple: record, let PodRescale pick the episode up from your feed (or upload it), review the posts, then reply to the comments they bring. With Autopilot on, PodRescale schedules and publishes on its own; with it off, you approve each post first. Either way, the hours between recording and publishing are gone.
Aim for two weeks of scheduled content at all times. This gives you buffer for busy periods and ensures consistency even when you can't record. With PodRescale, one episode's posts go out over about two weeks, so a weekly show keeps the calendar full.
Yes. Batching is more efficient than creating content ad-hoc. Record 2-4 episodes in one session, process all through PodRescale, then spend one focused session reviewing and scheduling all the generated content. This 'content sprint' approach is more sustainable than daily content creation.
Keep each show's content library, voice and schedule apart, so one show's posts never land on another's accounts. In PodRescale each show is its own workspace, with its own voice, brand, schedule, connected accounts and plan, and you can be a member of several.
Podcast Analytics & Growth
- How do I know if my produced content is working?
- What metrics matter for podcast social content?
Podcast Analytics & Growth
4 questionsTrack: social engagement (likes, comments, shares), click-throughs to your podcast, new followers gained, and ultimately download numbers. Look for correlation between social posting and download spikes. Content that sparks comments and saves (not just likes) typically drives the most podcast traffic.
Expect 3-6 months of consistent posting before seeing significant audience growth. Social algorithms reward consistency over time — and autonomous production ensures you never miss a beat. You may see engagement improvements within weeks, but building an audience that converts to podcast listeners takes sustained effort. Most podcasters who quit were 2 months away from breakthrough.
Start with one platform where your target audience already spends time. For B2B podcasts, LinkedIn is usually best. For entertainment or lifestyle, TikTok or Instagram. Master one platform before expanding. It's better to be great on one platform than mediocre on five. Use repurposed content to test which resonates before going all-in.
