Here is what bothered me: I kept seeing podcasters with genuinely good content, the kind that could change how people think, getting 200 downloads an episode.
Meanwhile, someone reposting motivational quotes was getting 50k likes on LinkedIn.
The difference was not quality. It was format and distribution. The podcaster had a 45-minute episode. The LinkedIn guy had a 30-second scroll-stopper.
The problem isn’t that people don’t want your ideas. It’s that they’ll never scroll long enough to find them.
Smart creators know this. They take one episode and turn it into 20 LinkedIn posts, 15 tweets, quote cards, blog drafts, newsletter intros. Same insights, ten times the reach. But it takes hours, and most creators do not have them.
