An episode can give you a lot to share. Review brings those posts into one queue, organised by their planned posting slots, with a preview and the next action beside it.
See the text alongside its attached quote card or clip. Check the source reference, open the transcript for context, and see when the post is due. Edit lets you refine the words before approving them.
Work at your pace
Approve a post for its slot, skip one that isn't right, or move it to another available slot. The next post takes its place in the queue, so you can keep moving without opening a separate page each time.
When you've checked the whole episode, Approve all shows a confirmation before approving its remaining posts together. An Undo action lets you reverse eligible recent decisions.
On a keyboard, use J/K to move through posts, E to edit, A to approve and S to skip. On a phone, the queue and actions adapt to the smaller screen.
Approval stays part of your workflow
For channels using the Review trust level, unapproved posts stay put. Approved posts appear in Calendar, and the channel's publishing mode determines whether they go out automatically or you post them yourself.
