Calendar turns your episode's posts into a visible plan across channels. Use Week for the details or Month to see the bigger picture. Published, scheduled and review posts have distinct states, and empty slots show where there's room to add something.
Open a post to inspect it, move an eligible post to another slot, or remove it from the calendar and send it back to Review. An empty slot lets you choose a post to fill the gap.
Set a rhythm that fits your show
In Settings → Posting, choose your posting rhythm, timezone and first posting time. Presets make it quick to start; a custom time lets you be more specific.
The calendar brings those slots together, so you can spot a crowded week or a quiet channel before anything goes out.
Auto-publish, or post it yourself
You can use the calendar without connecting a social account. Add a channel and choose Post it yourself: copy the text, download the image or video, and mark the post as posted after you've shared it. Posting reminders can help you keep up with the plan.
For supported connected channels, choose Publish automatically. The publishing mode is set per channel, so you can automate some and keep others in your own hands.
