Improved

More of your voice. Less generic copy.

Give PodRescale examples of your writing and a few clear rules. Shape the tone, phrasing and rhythm of the posts it writes for your show.

Your voice rules sit beside an example post. Shown with a sample profile.

Start with something that sounds like you

Your posts should feel like a continuation of your show. In Settings → Voice, add examples of your own writing: a LinkedIn post, a newsletter, an article or another piece that captures how you communicate.

Paste the text or a link to it, and give the sample a name if you want to find it easily later. You can keep up to 20 samples and remove ones that no longer represent your voice.

Make the rules your own

Your voice summary is editable. Use it to set the tone, paragraph length, how posts open and close, spelling preferences, and words you'd rather avoid.

For example: “Direct and conversational. Short paragraphs. British spelling.” Concrete directions give the writing a clearer starting point than a broad request to sound professional.

The screen puts those rules beside an example post, making it easier to consider how the words feel in context. You can edit any line of the summary, and changes save as you type.

A consistent starting point for new posts

Voice changes apply to posts written from then on. Existing drafts keep their text, so you can refine your voice without unexpectedly rewriting work you've already reviewed.

This is your writing voice: the tone and language of generated copy. It doesn't change the voices in your recording.
