Your next episode starts with a link.

Bring in an episode from Spotify or Apple Podcasts, or a recording shared through Google Drive or Dropbox. Less downloading, less moving files around.

Paste an episode or file link to start. Shown in a sample workspace.

Start where your recording already lives

Your episode might already be on Spotify. Your editor might have sent a Drive link. You can now bring either into PodRescale without first downloading the file and uploading it again.

Open Add episode → Paste a link and use a Spotify or Apple Podcasts episode link, a Google Drive or Dropbox file link, or a direct link to an audio or video file.

Check the episode before you bring it in

For Spotify and Apple Podcasts, PodRescale finds the matching episode in the show's public RSS feed and asks you to confirm it. You can also connect that feed to bring in future episodes automatically.

Finding a show supports Spotify show links too. Confirm the matching show before connecting its feed. Repeated imports of the same feed episode are recognised, so pasting the link again doesn't create another copy.

Keep a straightforward fallback

Drive and Dropbox files need to be accessible through the shared link. If a Drive file is private, change its sharing to Anyone with the link before using it here.

Some podcast episodes aren't available through a public feed. If a link can't be matched, you can still upload your recording. For recording tools that don't provide a downloadable media link, export an audio or video file and use Upload a file.
